If you are a subscribed user, please follow the steps below on switching to a new device.
(1) iPhone Users: Select "Settings -> Click on your name (Apple ID) -> Subscription" and cancel your subscription on your previous device. After canceling the subscription, install the Nash Music Channel app on your new device and repurchase a subscription.
(2) Android Users: Go to the "Play Store" application and select "Subscription" from the menu, then cancel the subscription on your previous device. After canceling the subscription, install the Nash Music Channel app on your new device and repurchase a subscription.
If you use the same Apple Store or Google Play account on your new device, you won't be charged twice in the same month. However, Android device users will get charged twice if they purchase a subscription to a different price plan on the new device.
